NV Laetitia Brut Cuvée
A classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, each varietal contributes its own special character to the finished cuvée. The result is a wine that is perfectly celebratory, crisp and suggestive, as only a sparkling wine can be. Warm biscuit dough, ripe apricots and summer cherries all show themselves in this irresistible sparkling wine.
Pairing Suggestion: Smoked trout & goat cheese salad or grilled BBQ oysters with lime butter.

2011 NADIA Grenache Blanc
At first glance one notices the beautiful lemon chiffon color and the intoxicating nose of macadamia nut and lime blossom. On the palate, notes of key lime pie with toasted graham cracker crust are interlaced with bright strands of fresh acidity and hints of refreshing wet river rock.
Pairing Suggestion: Scallop risotto or braised rabbit with Dijon mustard.

2011 Laetitia Estate Pinot Noir
Subtle, dark fruit aromas offer a perfumed nose of wild raspberry and black cherry cobbler that yield to a dark and mysterious palate with bittersweet cocoa, tobacco and Asian spice prominence. Pair with grilled pork tenderloin with cherry salsa or creamy Brie-style cheeses.
Pairing Suggestion: Salmon croquettes or spring lamb stew.

2011 NADIA Roussanne
Opening with a nose of almond blossom and cinnamon spice, this is a perfect wine for red wine drinkers. With secondary flavors of apricot preserves and Asian pear, this wine can’t go wrong with seafood or charcuterie plates.
Pairing Suggestion: Thai noodles with spicy peanut sauce or halibut ceviche.
