Laetitia Wines & Thomas Hill Organics – A Perfect Pairing

Harvest is nearly complete! While no other four words could bring more joy to our harvest laborers, there’s something else special about this time of year that chef-manningbrings a twinkle to our eyes. Once harvest is complete, we are free to move on to celebrate the year’s bounty! Following with tradition, we are once again hosting our Harvest Celebration Winemaker Dinner at our Estate House, but what’s more-we have an exciting new partner as our featured chef this year! A Montana native, Chef Christopher Manning is well-known in Northern California for his work at étoile Restaurant at Domaine Chandon and Peju Winery, both in Napa, and recently has joined the local culinary scene as the new Executive Chef of Thomas Hill Organics Bistro & Wine Bar in Paso Robles. Chef Manning has graciously shared with us the menu of the upcoming dinner and it looks simply delectable. (To have a peek yourself, scroll below) If you would like to join us for this special celebration led by Winemaker Eric Hickey on Friday, November 7th, 2014 you can purchase seats by emailing or by calling us at 805.474.7641. This is a 21 and over event and pricing is $140pp/$120 Wine Club.

But this isn’t where our love affair with Thomas Hill Organic ends! We were also lucky enough to be the selected winery (with Thomas Hill Organics as the selected restaurant) for a James Beard House Dinner at the esteemed establishment in New York, NY. The date is set is Saturday, April 25, 2015 and we hope to see all of our NY and nearby friends at the dinner. Details will be posted soon to the Beard House website, but if you can’t wait until then – we will also have our wines featured at a dinner titled “Pinot Noir Sensation” at the James Beard House on Friday, November 21, 2014. This dinner will be hosted by Karen MacNeil, featuring our 2011 Brut Rosé and 2012 Whole Cluster Pinot Noir alongside many other notable California producers and the culinary talents of Chef Ken Frank of La Toque, Napa. buy instagram comments We hope you can join us at one of the dinners to celebrate all that 2014 has brought us, and to toast to the year ahead!
