Salmon Cake

Salmon Marinade
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 1 Tbsp Asian sesame oil
• 1/4 to 1/2 tsp hot chili flakes
• 1 clove minced garlic
Marinate 1.5 lbs salmon for 3-4 hours. Grill salmon 6 minutes skin side down, using your spatula, separate the salmon from the skin and turn over, placing the salmon back onto the skin, brush the salmon with the marinade and cook 6 additional minutes.
Roasted Pepper-Chive Aioli
• 1 Tbsp mayo
• 1 Tbsp sour cream
• 1/4 cup chopped and drained canned roasted red peppers
• 1 Tbsp minced fresh chives
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp minced garlic
Salmon Cakes
• 6-8 oz cooked and chilled flaked salmon
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped carrots
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped celery
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 1 tsp parsley
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp oregano
• 2 Tbsp mayo
• 3/4 tsp dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 4 Tbsp bread crumbs
Mix together, chill and shape into patties. Coat each side with additional bread crumbs (panko works well) and brown over medium heat. Serve with Roasted Pepper-Chive Aioli and fresh lemon. Sometimes we need to get money no matter what… In these cases this service will be very helpful for you.
