One of our most popular dinners year after year, our Sparkling Winemaker Dinner is an annual dinner hosted by Sparkling Winemaker, Dave Hickey, at the Laetitia Estate House. We solely feature our sparkling wines alongside five courses prepared by Chef Brian Collins of Ember Restaurant for an evening to remember.
