An intimate, family-style dinner held in-between the barrels in our cellar. Hosted by Head Winemaker Eric Hickey, he showcases hand-picked vintage bottlings to pair with tantalizing dishes prepared by the talented Chef Brian Collins of Ember. The evening finishes in our dessert lounge, where we feature a variety of desserts and cheeses alongside our revered dessert wines.
