Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase:
- Please contact the winery as soon as possible either by phone (888-809-VINE) or email (email@example.com).
- Clearly explain your dissatisfaction with the product. Please note, our products are guaranteed against breakage or damage in transit, but not based on personal taste.
- If the complaint has to do with freight damage, we will work on your behalf to gain reimbursement from the appropriate freight company.
- All wine or event ticket sales are final, and are not eligible for refund.
