Lab & Administration Manager Ciara Wells

Born and raised in Santa Maria, California, a region known for its strawberries, Santa Maria–style barbecue, and vibrant wine country, Ciara Wells developed a deep appreciation for agriculture and winemaking from an early age. Influenced by her Italian and Sicilian heritage, where wine was a staple at family dinners and even homemade by her great-grandparents, her early curiosity eventually grew into a fulfilling career. Ciara holds degrees in Viticulture, Enology, and Wine Business, and her experience spans multiple facets of the industry, including Tasting Room, Production, and Business Operations. Today, she is a valued member of the Laetitia Management Team, serving as the Lab & Administration Manager.
