Tasting Room Manager Daniel Rivas

Daniel transitioned into the wine world after a successful restaurant career that included managing a Michelin Key property in San Luis Obispo. A certified sommelier, he brings his passion for food, wine, and hospitality to Laetitia’s tasting room.

His favorite wine is the Brut de Blanc — a wine he especially enjoys sharing with his wife, which makes it even more meaningful.
