Owner / Winemaker Eric Hickey

Eric has been part of the Laetitia family since 1988, when he worked his first harvest alongside his father, Dave, who was then a production assistant for Maison Deutz. In 2000, Eric became Laetitia’s head winemaker, a role in which he has dedicated himself to crafting elegant wines that reflect both character and diversity.

While it’s difficult for him to choose a favorite, you’ll most often find Eric with a glass of Sparkling Cuvée M in hand.
