Director of Sales and DTC Kasey Helt

Kasey Helt brings more than 20 years of wine industry experience to her role as Director of Sales and DTC at Laetitia Vineyard & Winery in Arroyo Grande, on California's Central Coast. She leads both wholesale and direct to consumer sales for the winery, overseeing distributor partnerships, the tasting room, wine club, and estate stays on the Laetitia property.

Kasey graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and began her career in Paso Robles, where she spent more than 15 years building experience in wine production, tasting room operations, and wine club development. She then served for seven years as Hospitality Manager for a private winery in Edna Valley, creating memorable guest experiences and fostering lasting customer relationships. That background gives her a full view of a wine's journey from the cellar to the glass.

Kasey is active in the wider wine community as a board member of the SLO Coast Wine Collective and a member of the Direct-to-Consumer Wine Symposium steering committee. In both roles, she helps champion her region and shape industry conversations about how wineries build lasting relationships with their customers.

Her go-to Laetitia wine? The Sparkling Rosé. “It’s vibrant, beautiful in the glass, and just feels like a celebration.”
